CHEM-FEED® CD1F Diaphragm Metering Pump

Multi-Diaphragm Metering Pump:

• Exclusive hyperdrive technology allows for nearly pulse-less chemical feed.
• Does not lose prime when pumping chemicals that off-gas (Peracetic Acid, Sodium Hypochlorite).
• Can pump chemicals continuously, like a peristaltic pump, without the need for tube assemblies.
• Cannot vapor lock or lose prime.

Capabilities:

• Output rates to: 7.20 GPH (27.26 LPH) and pressures to 100 PSI (6.89 Bar).

Communication & Interface:

• Remote Start/Stop: Non-powered dry contact closure for remote start/stop.
• Relay outputs include a single 250V / 3A and a single solid state.
• Compatible with Blue-White’s S6A and Micro-Flo Flow Verification Sensor (FVS) system.

• Energy efficient brushless DC motor will not overheat
• Patented Diaflex diaphragm design will last the life of the pump, eliminates the need for expensive rebuild kits.
• Manifold design allows for multiple configuration possibilities – suction and discharge ports can be positioned on the left and right side of the pump.

• Diaphragm Failure Detection (DFD) Senses diaphragm rupture by detecting chemical in the pump head. No false triggering.
