Acknowledging the critical importance of continuous control over your CO2 gas system for pH adjustment, our PC110x programmable controller stands out by offering remote access capability and communication options via Modbus, BACnet, or 4-20mA output.
With our remote operation function, you have the ability to control and monitor pH levels online. The system ensures immediate alerts via email or text messages if readings fall outside the specified range. Moreover, through these versatile communication methods, you can directly connect to your SCADA or BMS.

- Corrosion-resistant wetted material, pH sensor for process industries
- pH plumbing manifold designed for pH control applications
- Recirculation pump
- In-line strainer to assure clean water around the sensor
- Optional remote monitoring. Internet connection available via:
√ Local Ethernet network, cat5/6 connection
√ Or via a compatible 4G/5G router with sim-card annual subscription
CO2 pH Control Cabinet
Carbon Dioxide (CO2) is a naturally occurring non-corrosive gas that can serve as a substitute for other acids, such as Muriatic acid (HCl), in the chemical treatment of industrial applications.
- The CO2 feeder cabinet is equipped for pH output relay connection to the CHEMTROL® controller,
- Designed for controlling CO2 gas flow, with inlet and outlet fittings compatible with 1/4″ tubing,
- Direct-reading precision flowmeter with adjustable flow, ranging from 10 to 100 SCFH,
- ASCO solenoid valve with a brass body, rated for 750 psi, 1/4″, 230V, 500r 60Hz,
- PVC check valve, 1/4″ CO2 injector.

For a clean and organized installation, it is recommended to mount the controller and CO2 feeder side by side on a PVC backboard with a thickness of 10mm. Incorporate slotted cable management ducting for a tidy arrangement.

Remote monitoring
With the remote operation function any number of facilities can be controlled and monitored from your laptop, tablet or via our mobile App.
Our range of programmable controllers allow you to connect using a variety of wired and wireless technologies, to ensure you can connect and access your data 24/7.
In terms of connecting the controller, this can be achieved via a wired Ethernet cable or by using a wireless connection with a compatible 4G/5G router.

Think of the controller as your own laptop, and by connecting it to a live Ethernet cable from your local network it has access to the internet.
