1. HARRIS 825 CO2 Pressure Regulator
Purpose: Ideal for clients who do not have an existing CO2 cylinder setup.
Type: Type 30 side inlet.
Adjustability: Adjustable pressure range of 0–1000 kPa.
Outlet: 1/4″ tube fitting for precise connection.

Installation

To achieve precise gas injection control, the CO2 feeder cabinet is connected to the 240V pH control output of the CHEMTROL® controller.
For applications requiring higher feed rates, multiple CO2 gas cylinders can be manifolded on each line, ensuring consistent pH level maintenance and seamless operation.
Controller with CO2 Feeder Set
For a clean and organised installation, it is recommended to mount the controller and CO2 feeder side by side on a 10mm thick PVC backboard. This setup ensures a professional appearance and optimal accessibility.
Recommended Assembly:
- Grey PVC backboard: 730 × 530 mm
- Incorporate slotted cable management ducting for neat and efficient cable arrangement.
This configuration not only simplifies installation but also enhances the system’s overall functionality and maintenance efficiency.
CO2 Auto Switchover Installation
The Automatic CO2 Switchover System is designed for installations with two or more cylinders on the same feed line, ensuring uninterrupted CO2 supply.

- One cylinder remains on standby until the first cylinder is empty.
- Automatic switching to the second cylinder when pressure gets low.
- Multiple cylinders can be manifolded on each side of the switchover to expand CO2 capacity and extend operational time.
