Corporation Stops with Injection Quills
A corporation stop is a withdrawable injection quill on an isolation valve. It carries the chemical from the metering pump into the middle of the water stream for even mixing, and suits systems that never shut down: boiler and cooling water treatment, municipal water, and chemical dosing into tanks or headers.
The quill can be pushed in or drawn out while the line stays full and under pressure, and the stop can be fitted to a hot tap without draining the system. Every stop has a safety chain, so the quill cannot be drawn right out before the valve is closed, and every stop can be ordered with a check valve and a custom insertion length.

- Quill in 316 SS, CPVC, Kynar® (PVDF), Alloy 20 or Hastelloy® C-276
- Process connection 1/2″, 3/4″ or 1″ MNPT; quill connection 1/2″ FNPT
- Standard maximum insertion “B”: 215.9 mm (1/2″ and 3/4″), 193.6 mm (1″); custom lengths to order
- Operating pressure to 10.3 bar (150 psi); CPVC to 8.6 bar (125 psi)

Heavy-Duty Corporation Stops
The heavy-duty corporation stop comes with a second injection safety chain. The first stops the quill being drawn right out before the valve is closed, protecting against back pressure; the second secures the quill while it is in operation.
- Two safety chains: one for inserting and withdrawing, one for use in operation
- Lead-free brass or 316 stainless steel valve
- Quill in 316 SS, Alloy 20 or Hastelloy® C-276
- Process connection 1/2″, 3/4″ or 1″ MNPT, or AWWA thread; up to 2″ on request
- Rated to 10.3 bar (150 psi) and 121 °C
- Longer quills, up to 610 mm (24″), to order

Plastic Valve Corporation Stops
Designed for drinking water, with the valve and fittings in PVC, CPVC or Kynar®. Every stop has a safety chain, so the quill cannot be drawn right out before the valve is closed.
- CSPV series: valve, fittings and quill in the same plastic, or a 316 SS, Alloy 20 or Hastelloy® C-276 quill on a PVC or CPVC valve
- CSPVK series: a Kynar® quill on a PVC or CPVC valve, more economical than all-Kynar; the quill is the only wetted part
- Process connection 1/2″, 3/4″ or 1″ MNPT; CSPVK also 1½″, and AWWA threads
- Rated to 8.6 or 10.3 bar (125 or 150 psi), by material
- Longer quills, up to 610 mm (24″), to order
