Description
Our injection fittings ensure precise chemical feed into the process stream while preventing any process fluid from flowing back into the chemical line. The built-in check valve uses a ceramic ball to stop siphoning, making tube replacement quick and hassle-free.

Optional withdrawable injection lance available.
Overview
Injection Fittings are designed to install directly into standard female pipe threads (NPT). Their specially shaped nose section ensures that chemicals are properly injected into the centre of the process stream for better mixing and treatment performance.

Installation Options
The Injection Fitting is designed to install directly into either 1/4″ or 1/2″ female pipe threads (NPT).
You can trim the injection point (nose) if needed.
The nose section is designed to inject the chemical away from the wall of your pipe.
