ITC-7200 & ITC-8000 Data Loggers

Multichannel Data Loggers, Displays and Controllers with a Colour Touchscreen

The Icon Process Controls LevelPro^® ITC-7200 and ITC-8000 are panel-mounted data loggers that measure, display and record many process signals at once: level, flow, pressure, temperature, pH, ORP and more. Readings are recorded into 1.5 GB of internal memory, from every 0.1 second to every 24 hours, and shown as numbers, bar graphs, needles or trend charts on a colour touchscreen.

The two share the same platform and differ in size:

ITC-7200 – 3.5″ colour touchscreen, 96 × 96 mm case, up to 48 analogue inputs
ITC-8000 – 5.7″ colour touchscreen, 144 × 144 mm case, up to 72 analogue inputs

Built to Your Inputs

Input, output and communication modules are fitted to suit each site: 4–20 mA and voltage, thermocouple, RTD, counter and flowmeter inputs; 4–20 mA, relay and SSR outputs. RS-485 and a USB port come standard, with Ethernet as an option, and Modbus RTU (master or slave), Modbus TCP and a web server connect it to a PLC, SCADA or your network. The free DAQ Manager software turns the records into graphs, reports and exports.

Typical recording time with 48 channels: about 30 days at one reading a second, 8 months at every 10 seconds, or 4 years at every minute.
