ProPulse® Turbine Flow Meter Sensors

Compact Turbine Flow Meters for Low Flows, Dosing and Metering

The Icon Process Controls ProPulse® series (TRUFLO®) are small, light turbine flow meters for very low flows, from about 40 mL/min to 16 L/min. They are made for chemical dosing pumps, liquid chemical skids and metering, including the pulsating flow from a dosing pump.

Two models are available:

  • ProPulse® 2 – LED display or blind, NPN pulse, 4–20 mA or RS-485; PP, PVDF or PFA body
  • ProPulse® – blind, NPN or PNP pulse; all-plastic PVDF body with sapphire bearings

Corrosion Resistant, Quick to Fit

The bodies are corrosion-resistant plastics for aggressive chemicals, with Viton® or Kalrez® O-rings. The fittings snap and lock into place, and the M12 cable connector lights up to show the meter is powered, which is easy to see in a dark plant room. No programming is needed.
