UC-80 Series Touch Screen Display & Data Logging Terminal

The Pyxis UC-80 is a touch screen display and data logger for up to four Pyxis inline sensors, connected over RS-485 Modbus. It shows live readings and trend charts for each sensor, provides the calibration screens, and records every input for download over USB.

It can work as a stand-alone station or send its readings to a controller, PLC or DCS through 4–20 mA outputs and Modbus RTU or Modbus TCP. Pyxis sets each unit up for the sensors it will be used with before it ships, so it is ready to run when it arrives.

Unlike the compact 24 V DC UC-50A, which serves one sensor with push buttons, the UC-80 takes up to four sensors on a touch screen with the 4G CloudLink™ built into every unit, while the UC-100A offers a 7″ screen and Ethernet with 4G as an option.

Built-In 4G Cloud Connection

Every UC-80 and UC-80 Plus contains the Pyxis 4G LTE CloudLink™ gateway and a global SIM card. Once Pyxis activates it (on request, after enrolment), the readings can be watched live and trended in the mobile app, downloaded and reported on from anywhere.

Ideal for Remote Monitoring & Data Logging

The UC-80 suits sites where several Pyxis sensors need one screen and the data needs to be seen away from the plant: a cooling or process water system, a treatment plant or an unattended site. It logs everything locally and, through the 4G link, puts the same readings on a phone or computer, so the system can be checked without a site visit.
