Pressure Gauges with Integral Gauge Guard

One-Piece Plastic Pressure Gauges for Corrosive Chemicals

The Icon Process Controls Truflo^® OBS gauges are a pressure gauge and gauge guard moulded as one plastic piece. A bonded PTFE diaphragm keeps the chemical away from the gauge, and the gauge comes factory-filled, so there is nothing to fill or assemble and no air bubble to spoil the reading. Accuracy is ±1.5%.

Bodies are PVC, PP or PVDF, the dial reads bar and psi (kPa and psi below 4 bar), and three movable red, yellow and green tabs mark the working range, for example when a filter or strainer is due for a change.

Six models:

OBS – the standard gauge, 2½” (63 mm) dial, bottom connection
OBS-2VU – a dial on both faces, read from either side of the pipe
OBS-BAG – a large 3″ (76 mm) dial
OBS-R – the head turns 360° to face the operator
OBS-B – connection at the back, centre mount
OBS-A – panel mount, connection at the back

X is the top of the range in psi: 15, 30, 60, 100, 160 or 200 (1, 2, 4, 7, 11 or 14 bar). The pressure rating falls as the temperature rises: at the top temperature each material allows about 2.8 bar.
