Retractable Injection Quills
A retractable injection quill can be pushed into the process line and drawn out again while the line stays under pressure, so it can be inspected or serviced without shutting the system down. Its insertion is adjustable, to place the tip where the flow carries the chemical away.
Made for safer chemical injection into steam headers, and suited to liquid, gas or mixed-phase lines. Threaded rods support and restrain the quill while it moves under pressure, and a welded safety collar stops it being drawn right out.
