Non-Contact Level Measurement for Chemical Storage and Process Tanks
The Icon Process Controls LevelPro® ultrasonic sensors measure liquid level without touching the liquid, so they suit corrosive chemicals and dirty water alike. They are quick to set up, with simple programming that takes under a minute.
Two models are available:
- UltraPro® 2000 – loop-powered 2-wire 4–20 mA (HART) or RS-485 Modbus, LCD display, PTFE Teflon® transducer, ranges to 5 m or 10 m, explosion-proof option
- ViewSonic – battery powered (about 5 years), all-plastic PP, LED indicator and a wireless LCD display over 60 m away, for tanks without power or cabling
Accurate and Simple
The UltraPro® 2000 reads to 0.15% with a small dead band, so more of the tank can be measured, and its PTFE transducer stands up to aggressive chemicals.
