CHEMTROL® PC110xW Programmable Controller
Designed for wastewater applications
The PC110xW programmable controller is designed with six relay output channels for managing pH and oxidation processes, along with chlorine (ppm) and turbidity sensors, conductivity or TDS measurement, and temperature monitoring – making it ideal for wastewater applications. Standard features include two water meter input connections, two programmable relay channels for additional equipment control, a programmable super-sanitisation function, and a Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) display for water balance monitoring. The large, user-friendly 8-line LCD display allows operators to supervise all process functions at a glance, enabling quick and effective responses to changing conditions.

Main Display Screen
Provides quick access to all menus and settings. Operators can navigate using arrow keys and enter values with the keypad — no complex training required.
Sanitiser Menu (Chlorine/Bromine Control)
Controls chlorine or bromine dosing using an amperometric sensor. Operators can set control modes, calibrate sensors, adjust setpoints, and set alarms. Also allows manual or scheduled superchlorination to manage chloramine levels.
pH Menu
Manages pH using acid or base dosing. Includes calibration, control settings, alarm limits, and an Acid Wash program to help maintain sensor accuracy over time.
Saturation Index & Water Balance Monitoring
The controller continuously calculates and displays the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) using real-time readings of pH, temperature, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. This helps you maintain proper water balance and provides early alerts to conditions that may cause scaling or corrosion, allowing you to make timely adjustments and protect your equipment.
TDS Menu (Total Dissolved Solids)
Automatically activates the dump valve when TDS or conductivity levels rise above the set threshold. This helps control water clarity and chemical balance.
Setup Menu
Enables full system configuration, including initialisation and communication settings. Ideal for adapting the controller to suit various facility requirements.

Remote monitoring and control is an option on every CHEMTROL® programmable controller (standard on the PC7000 and PC7100), and a one-off purchase for the life of the controller – no ongoing fees. Connect the controller to your facility’s network with an Ethernet cable, just as you would a laptop. Where there is no network, a 4G or 5G router with a SIM card makes the connection; the SIM card’s data plan is the only subscription.
Monitor and operate your system from a computer or through the CHEMTROL® App, available for both Apple iOS and Android devices.
