How It Works?

We supply a straightforward and highly reliable proportional dosing solution that automatically adjusts chemical dosing based on water flow.
No controller or PLC required. The system relies on two main components:

SITRANS FM100 Flowmeter

Designed for wastewater and industrial applications, this flowmeter measures water flow and outputs a 4-20 mA signal proportional to the flow rate.

Blue White Dosing Pump

The pump receives the 4-20 mA signal from the flowmeter and automatically adjusts its dosing rate to match the flow.
As the flow increases, dosing increases; as flow decreases, dosing decreases – delivering true proportional control.

Plug-and-Play Proportional Dosing System

Easy Installation

Pre-wired junction box connects the flowmeter directly to the pump.
On site, only a single 240V power outlet is required.
No PLC, no controller, no complicated programming.
Both the flowmeter and pump are fully adjustable for exact dosing ratios.
