Inline Installation Alternative

The new FS-100 Series are state-of-the-art inline ultrasonic flowmeters that use the transit time difference principle to deliver precise flow measurement. They offer a measurement range of 0–3,000 mL/min with a resolution of 1 mL. In this method, ultrasonic waves travel faster downstream than upstream — the resulting transit time difference is directly proportional to the flow rate.

The FS-100 Series is ideal for accurate flow measurement in various applications. It is available in two liquid end material options: one for standard water and another for highly corrosive aqueous solutions. The sensor’s advanced PCB design includes built-in temperature compensation, minimising the effect of temperature fluctuations and providing instantaneous, totalised, or controlled flow based on a user-set point.

Each FS-100 flowmeter operates on a 24 VDC / 1 W power supply and provides both 4–20 mA and RS-485 Modbus output signals, making it easy to integrate with any OEM controller, PLC, or DCS system.
