PULSAtron Series HV Metering Pumps
For thick chemicals, up to 20,000 cP
The PULSAtron Series HV is built for high-viscosity chemicals – polymers and other thick products up to 20,000 cP. Stroke rate and length are set by hand, with a choice of 4–20 mA or external pacing for automatic control.
Five models, from 1.9 L/h at 10 bar to 37.9 L/h at 5.6 bar.

Engineering data

- Approvals: ETL listed, NSF/ANSI 50; PVDF and PVC degassing heads certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 & 372; CE
- For sodium hypochlorite, choose a PVC liquid end
Viscous Chemicals
Polymers, coagulants and other thick chemicals that ordinary metering pumps struggle with. The Series HV pumps them accurately, to within ±2%. Install it with a flooded suction: the chemical tank above the pump, so the chemical flows into it.
