PVDF combines excellent chemical resistance with good mechanical strength over a broad temperature range. Its greatest advantage is its ability to handle aggressive chemicals without degrading.
With a pressure rating of up to 14 bar (200 psi) at 20 °C and a temperature tolerance up to 120 °C, PVDF flow fittings are ideal for handling strong acids, brines, halogen solutions, and other corrosive fluids – making them perfect for applications such as water treatment, deionisation, distillation, and more.

PVDF Flow Fittings – specifications
- Material: virgin PVDF, certified for drinking water (NSF/ANSI 61) and food contact (FDA 21 CFR)
- Working pressure: up to 14 bar (200 psi) at 20 °C
- Temperature: −20 to 120 °C (subject to application)
- Barb-block fittings: for plastic tube 6 – 12 mm or ¼″ – ½″ O.D.; the nuts are reinforced polypropylene
- Hose connectors: for hose by its inside diameter, held with a clip
- Threads: BSPT, BSPP and NPT
