Replacement pH and ORP Sensors for 12 mm Holders
The 12 mm ProcessProbe® is a 12 × 120 mm pH or ORP (redox) sensor with a standard PG13.5 threaded cap. It fits the 12 mm holders and flow cells found in industrial and wastewater plants, including the CHEMTROL® 12 mm glass probe holder, and works with CHEMTROL® controllers and most other pH and ORP instruments.
- Chem100sp: polymer body, up to 80 °C and 4 bar. The economical choice for low temperature and pressure.
- Chem200sp: glass body, from −5 to 110 °C and up to 10 bar, with an HF-resistant glass option for pH where the water contains fluoride.
Both have a sealed, double-junction Ag/AgCl reference with a low-porosity ceramic junction and KCl gel, so there is no electrolyte to top up. For hotter, higher-pressure service, see the DynaProbe range.
