LeakPoint® Leak Locating Controller
Finds the Leak, Not Just the Alarm
The Icon Process Controls LeakPro® LeakPoint® controller watches up to four runs of LDC-PC leak-locating cable, each up to 150 m, and when liquid reaches a cable it shows how far along the run the leak is, to within about half a metre. It suits long runs: double-contained pipe, trenches and large bunds, where finding the leak is the hard part.
A relay switches an alarm, pump or valve, and RS-485 Modbus reports the alarm and the distance to a PLC or BMS. Visual, audible, or visual and audible alarm versions are available.
The display reads the distance in feet; the Modbus output can be scaled to metres in your system.
