ST-009 Series Stainless Steel Tee & Sensor Manifolds

High-Pressure Mounting for Pyxis Inline Sensors

The Pyxis ST-009 series are 316L stainless steel flow cells that hold Pyxis stainless steel inline sensors in the process line. With the tee-ready sensors they are rated up to 20 bar (290 psi), for cooling water, process water and data centre coolant loops.

The sensor slides into the flow cell and is held by a knurled collar, so it can be taken out for cleaning, checking and calibration without tools and without disturbing the pipework.

One to Four Sensors

  • ST-009 – single sensor tee, ¾” FNPT inlet and outlet
  • ST-009-02 – two-sensor manifold
  • ST-009-03 – three-sensor manifold, as used in the IK-1500 data centre sensor module
  • ST-009-04 – four-sensor manifold

A manifold puts several sensors on one side-stream, with controlled flow and full immersion for each, so every reading is taken under the same conditions.

Ideal for Data Centre Cooling

Coolant distribution units (CDUs) for AI and high-performance computing run at higher pressures than most cooling water systems. The 316L stainless steel ST-009 series suits every part of the CDU: the condenser water system, the facility water system and the technology cooling system.

A multi-sensor manifold brings pH, conductivity, turbidity and other readings onto one compact side-stream, and each sensor comes out on its own for service while the others keep measuring.
