GreenLine Metering Pumps
Robust motor-driven dosing, 12 to 3,120 L/h
The GreenLine is Pulsafeeder’s latest mechanically actuated diaphragm metering pump: reliable, robust, efficient and compact, with a low cost of ownership. It handles a wide range of flows and process chemicals, for chemical dosing and transfer.
Nineteen models, from 12 L/h at 12 bar to 3,120 L/h at 5 bar (at 60 Hz), with a 10:1 turndown and ±2% accuracy. Certified to NSF/ANSI/CAN 61 and NSF/ANSI 372 for drinking water.
Control
- Stroke length 0–100% in one turn of the knob, in 1% steps, auto-locking so it never drifts
- Option: variable frequency drive and motor, for a wider operating range and remote control

Flows are at 60 Hz. On Australia’s 50 Hz supply, a fixed-speed pump delivers about five-sixths of the figure shown – ask us for your duty.

Industrial Dosing
For water and wastewater treatment, drinking water and industrial process dosing, where a robust, efficient pump must run for years with little attention. Choose PVDF or 316L stainless steel to suit the chemical, and add leak detection where a diaphragm failure must never go unnoticed.

- Multi-layer, double-sided PTFE diaphragm with multiple sealing beads, for long, leak-free life
- Secure diaphragm sealing: no chemical spray, head bolts stay tight
- Double-barrier check valves with a secondary O-ring seal (not on 316L)
- Uniform-velocity check valves: little turbulence, good with solids, self-flushing
- Soft O-ring valve seats: easier priming, quieter running (not on 316L)
- Compact, sealed, non-vented gearbox with oversized shielded bearings
- Auto-locking stroke adjustment: set it and walk away
- Degassing bleed valve available on models 1–6, for chemicals that give off gas
- Option: leak detection – double diaphragm with pressure gauge and switch
