TK Series Paddle Wheel Flow Meter Sensors
Inline Paddle Wheel Flow Meters with a Lifetime Warranty on the Paddle Assembly
The Icon Process Controls TK Series (TRUFLO®) are inline paddle wheel flow meters for chemical dosing, water and wastewater treatment and industrial process lines, in pipe sizes from ½” to 4″ (DN15 – DN100). They read to ±0.5% and arrive set for their pipe size, so there is no K-factor to program: one part number, ready to install.
Six models share the same body and differ in display and output:
- TKB – battery powered, LCD flow rate and total
- TKS – LED flow rate, pulse output and 1 A relay
- TKP – LED flow rate and total, pulse and RS-485 Modbus
- TKM – LED flow rate and total, pulse and 4–20 mA
- TKW – blind or LED indicator, pulse, voltage or 4–20 mA
- TCB – battery powered, LCD flow rate and total, pulse output
Built to Last
The low-drag paddle is ETFE Tefzel®, running on a zirconium ceramic pin and bearings, which is why the paddle assembly carries a lifetime warranty. Bodies come in chemical-resistant PVC, PP or PVDF, with true union socket, threaded or flanged end connections and an M12 quick-disconnect for the cable.
