TI Series Insertion Paddle Wheel Flow Meter Sensors

Insertion Paddle Wheel Flow Meters for Pipes from ½” to 24″, with a Lifetime Warranty on the Paddle Assembly

The Icon Process Controls TI Series (TRUFLO^®) are insertion paddle wheel flow meters for water treatment, chemical processing and industrial lines, from ½” to 4″ and from 6″ to 24″ pipe (DN15 – DN100 and DN150 – DN600). They read to ±0.5%, and fit Icon’s installation tees and saddles, including existing fittings, so a meter can be fitted or upgraded with little downtime.

Six models share the same sensor and differ in display and output:

TIB – battery powered, LCD flow rate and total
TIP – LED flow rate and total, pulse and optional RS-485 Modbus
TIM – LED flow rate and total, pulse and 4–20 mA (optional voltage)
TIW – blind, pulse output
TIR – LED flow rate, pulse and 4–20 mA
TIF – LED flow rate, total and batching, two 10 A relays

Built to Last

The low-drag ETFE Tefzel^® paddle runs on zirconium ceramic, with a contoured flow profile, which is why the paddle assembly carries a lifetime warranty. The TI Series comes in PVC, PP or PVDF; the TI3 Series is the 316 stainless steel version. The head rotates for easy reading and wiring, and the cable connects with an M12 quick-disconnect.
