Wall-Mounted LED Level Displays and Controllers for Chemical and Water Tanks

The Icon Process Controls LevelPro^® TVL and TVU show a tank’s level, read from a 4–20 mA level sensor, on a bright LED display, and switch pumps, valves and alarms from their relays. Each comes complete and ready to fit: display, IP67 (NEMA 4X) enclosure, polycarbonate faceplate and cable glands.

Two models are available:

TVL – compact display with 20 mm LED digits (4 digits, 6-digit option); 2 relays, or 1 relay + 4–20 mA output
TVU – large 57 mm multi-colour LED digits that change colour with the process, like a stack light; 4 relays, or 2 relays + 4–20 mA output; audible alarm; universal inputs

Which One?

The TVL suits a level reading beside the tank or in the plant room, with high and low setpoints for a pump or an alarm. Choose the TVU where the level must be read from across the site, where the colour should warn operators, or where more relays or other inputs (temperature, mV) are needed. Both power the level sensor (24 V DC), talk RS-485 Modbus RTU, and run on 85–260 V AC/DC, so 230 V AC directly, or on 24 V DC.
