CHEMTROL® BT110 Boiler Controller
Automatic blowdown and chemical feed for one boiler
The CHEMTROL® BT110 keeps boiler water within its conductivity (TDS) limit by opening the blowdown valve automatically, and runs up to three chemical feeds – inhibitors, biocides, dispersants and more – from one easy-to-use programmable controller.
It also monitors water temperature, calculates the Langelier Saturation Index for water balance and logs its readings automatically. Add web access to see and adjust it from your computer or phone.

BT110 Specifications
Control
- Conductivity (TDS) control, with a choice of bleed programs
- High-temperature monitoring
- Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) calculated automatically, for water balance
Chemical feed
- Up to three chemical additives, such as inhibitors, biocides and dispersants
- Seven feed programs: manual, cycle timer, auto bleed-and-feed, auto bleed-then-feed, percent of flow, daily schedule and two-week schedule
- “Booster” program for a delayed, one-time feed
- Low chemical level alarm, standard, based on each feed outlet’s accumulated run time (a tank level sensor is purchased separately)

BT110 Installation
The BT110 is straightforward to install, as the plumbing set-up below shows. Every controller comes with a detailed installation and operation manual.
BT110 Operation
Everything is set from the front panel. The LCD screen and keypad give direct access to every menu: sensor calibration, set points, alarm levels and the feed programs.

Every CHEMTROL® programmable controller can be monitored and controlled remotely, 24/7. Log in to our web-server from any browser to see the controller’s own display, or use the CHEMTROL app for Android and Apple.
