Specifications
Wetted Materials and Construction
The sensor is constructed with wetted materials comprising 316 stainless steel and Teflon, ensuring durability and chemical resistance. Double O-ring seals are employed at all sealing points, with the outer EPDM O-ring absorbing the majority of process interface stresses. This design protects the inner O-ring, maintaining reliable sealing and resistance to chemical attack.
Integrated Temperature Compensation
Equipped with an integral temperature element tailored to the chosen analyser, the sensor ensures automatic temperature compensation for maximum measurement accuracy.
Standard Features
- Leads: 10′ standard length for convenient installation.
- Process Connections: Includes a bored-through polypropylene fitting with 1/2″ or 3/4″ NPT threads, adaptable for various configurations. It can be screwed directly into a line or tank or reversed for connection to a standpipe in submersion setups.
Maximum Pressure/Temperature Rating
