Liquid Level Monitoring
Remotely control and monitor your liquid tank level
with a CHEMTROL® programmable controller
Liquid level monitoring 24/7
Acknowledging the critical importance of continuous monitoring of your liquid level tanks, our PC110x programmable controller stands out by offering remote access capability and communication options via Modbus, BACnet, or 4-20mA output.
With our remote operation function, you can monitor liquid level tanks online. The system ensures immediate alerts via email or text messages if readings fall outside the specified range. Moreover, through these versatile communication methods, you can directly connect to your SCADA or BMS.
What is required?
- CHEMTROL® PC110x programmable controller with 4-20mA input/output signal
- Multi-Function Ultrasonic Liquid Level Transmitter with a 4-20 mA signal output
- Remote monitoring. Internet connection available via:
√ Local Ethernet network – cat5/6 connection
√ Or via compatible 4G/5G router with sim-card annual subscription.
The CHEMTROL® PC110x is a versatile, fully programmable controller tailored for industrial applications. Housed in a standard Fiberglass waterproof cabinet, this controller boasts web-accessible electronic components, enabling remote monitoring and control of multiple liquid tank levels around the clock.
Accessible from any computer, the web server provides real-time updates on tank liquid levels. Utilizing true duplex operation technology, the controller’s display mirrors on your laptop or mobile device, providing seamless supervision of all active sites with just a glance. Receive timely alerts via email or text messages when tank refilling is needed. Additionally, the system is compatible with Android and Apple devices through the CHEMTROL® mobile App.
Continuous level measurement up to 3m
The CHEMTROL® PC110x controller offers a seamless solution for tank liquid level applications with the Multi-Function Ultrasonic Level Transmitter series.
The Pyxis LS-200 is a general purpose and innovative ultrasonic liquid level sensor that replaces float, conductance and pressure sensors that fail due to contact with dirty, sticky and scaling liquids in small, medium and large capacity tanks.
The sensor provides continuous level measurement up to 2.2m with a 4-20 mA signal output, RS485 and Bluetooth digital output, and can be configured via Pyxis free uPyxis® APP for both smartphone or desktop.
The EchoPod® DL24 is a non-contact liquid level sensor, well suited for corrosive, sticky or waste liquids, and is selected for IBC or drum, cooling tower, day tank, skid or machine, open channel and chemical feed applications. Provides continuous level measurement up to 3m with a 4-20 mA signal output. Since it is a current signal, almost any cable length could be wired to the transmitter and the controller will get the signal.
Continuous level measurement up to 10m
The EchoSonic® LU23-29 is a non-contact liquid level sensor, ideally suited for corrosive, sticky or waste liquids, and is selected for bulk storage, tanker truck, day tank, process tank, waste sump, neutralization tank, open channel, chemical feed and clarifier applications. The general purpose ultrasonic transmitter provides continuous level measurement up to 10m with a 4-20 mA signal output.
