    CHEMTROL® Web Server Upgrade: New features and functionality

    SYDNEY, NSW – 05 July 2021


    In our continuing commitment to continually improve our products, we wanted to let you know that our Smart Web Server portal has new features live, effective July 5th 2021. 

    These features are all designed to provide simple, smarter and more convenient ways to interact with and manage your controllers remotely.

    Highlights of this upgrade cycle include:

    • More powerful user management tools and functionality
    • Mobile-friendly functionality 
    • Enhanced search
    • Alarm reports

    Let’s look at these in more detail.

    User management tools

    For users with admin rights you can now:

    1. Add active controllers to users.
    2. Add/remove new users.
    3. Add/remove mobile numbers/ email address to get alerts.
    4. Get/send alert reports to users daily.

    Mobile-friendly

    The new version will work on any mobile device, with the ability to generate trend graphs on your mobile.

    Enhanced search

    The enhanced search function gives you the ability to search by name for your controller, useful if your facility has multiple controllers. 

    Alarm reports

    You can now generate an alarm report for all the controllers at your facility in one go, based on a user-defined timeframe.
