User-Friendly Menu Features

The intuitive menu includes key functions such as:

  • Run-time Display (for each activation event),
  • Cumulative Run-time (since last reset),
  • Total Time Alarm, which notifies the operator when the cumulative run-time reaches a preset value.

These tools help operators track chemical usage and simulate future chemical shipments based on current usage patterns.

With the Cumulative Run-time feature, operators can project their next chemical shipment by estimating future needs based on current usage.

Run-time and Cumulative Run-time

  • Run-time: Displays the active running time (in minutes) for each current chemical feeding event.
  • Cumulative Run-time: Tracks the total running time since the last reset. Once reset, the Total Time Alarm sub-menu appears to set the alarm value. The alarm triggers when the cumulative run-time reaches the preset threshold, alerting the operator to the need for action.
