Featuring a new compact design that is 30% smaller than our other models, this powerful 3-channel controller lets you control pH and ORP with temperature monitoring displaying on a large LCD screen for easy operation. Suitable for commercial pools and spas, high-end domestic pools, hotels, hospitals etc.

Remote access (option): You can control and monitor your pool or spa via our app, from anywhere at any time – using a computer, tablet or mobile device. A one-off purchase for the life of the controller, with no ongoing fees.
Automatic alerts: the PC1500 raises an alarm when a reading goes too high or too low, when a dosing time limit is reached, when flow to the sensors stops, or when a chemical tank runs low. The alarm flashes on the screen and, with remote monitoring, reaches you by SMS, email or both. See Alarm Display and Alerts in the downloads.
Easy to use: The PC1500 is user-friendly, even for first-time users, with an easy-to-read screen that allows you to supervise all functions at a glance and to quickly respond to any changing condition.

- ETHCOM – remote monitoring and control through the CHEMTROL® web-server and app: the controller’s own screen on your computer, tablet or phone, with alerts by SMS, email or both. A one-off purchase for the life of the controller; connect by Ethernet cable to your network, or by a 4G or 5G router with a SIM card (the SIM’s data plan is the only subscription).
- 420M – a 4–20 mA board with four output channels, for customers who need it: sends the readings to your BMS, PLC or SCADA, or connects equipment by 4–20 mA.
- BMS – Modbus or BACnet communication with your building management system.

Main Display Screen
Provides quick access to all menus and settings. Operators can navigate using arrow keys and enter values with the keypad — no complex training required.
pH Menu
Manages pH using either acid, CO2 or base dosing. Includes calibration, control settings, alarm limits, and an Acid Wash program to help maintain sensor accuracy over time.
ORP Menu (Oxidation-Reduction Potential)
Controls ORP levels to ensure effective disinfection. Includes control settings, calibration, alarms, and additional options like Shocking and Chemical Saver Mode for improved chemical efficiency.
Saturation Index & Water Balance Monitoring
The controller continuously calculates and displays the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) using real-time readings of pH, temperature, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. This helps you maintain proper water balance and provides early alerts to conditions that may cause scaling or corrosion, allowing you to make timely adjustments and protect your equipment.
Setup Menu
Enables full system configuration, including initialisation and communication settings. Ideal for adapting the controller to suit various facility requirements.

Remote Monitoring & Control – Anytime, Anywhere

Remote monitoring and control is an option on every CHEMTROL® programmable controller (standard on the PC7000 and PC7100), and a one-off purchase for the life of the controller – no ongoing fees. Connect the controller to your facility’s network with an Ethernet cable, just as you would a laptop. Where there is no network, a 4G or 5G router with a SIM card makes the connection; the SIM card’s data plan is the only subscription.
Monitor and operate your system from a computer or through the CHEMTROL® App, available for both Apple iOS and Android devices.
The remote interface mirrors the controller screen in real time, making it easy to view live readings, adjust settings, acknowledge alarms, and troubleshoot – just as if you were standing in front of the controller.
