The PC3000 Programmable Controller is a powerful and versatile device that offers advanced control of water chemistry for commercial swimming pools and spas. It features a comprehensive range of monitoring and control functions, including Free or Total chlorine level with direct reading in PPM or mg/l, pH with dedicated setpoint and relay output for both co2 & acid, ORP monitoring for sanitizer reference and oxidizer control backup, TDS control with optional dump valve, as well as temperature and heating control, automatic filter pump control, automatic water level control and more.
The PC3000 controller has remote access and control, data logging and reporting with a user-friendly interface and enhanced customization options, making it easy to have precise control over all your critical water quality parameters.

PC3000 Installation
In our commitment to simplify the installation process of CHEMTROL® controllers, we have streamlined everything onto a customized assembly manifold, prepared for easy connection.
This approach ensures proper water sampling around the sensors, facilitating a hassle-free installation that minimizes the integration work required to get your water treatment system operational.
PC3000 – Bypass line assembly
Chlorine sensor (ppm) with integrated pH, ORP, and TDS control
Seamless controller setup: Choose between hardwired dosing pumps or General Purpose Outlets (GPOs) for easy dosing equipment connection.
Our Flow Cell Assembly (FCA) features a clear acrylic flow cell for Chlorine sensor (ppm), 2 flow control valves, a water sample valve, safety flow switch, and probes holder fitting.
The Controller assembly includes a grey PVC backboard (600×400 mm), while the By-pass line assembly features a grey PVC backboard (600×500 mm).

Main Display Screen
Provides quick access to all menus and settings. Operators can navigate using arrow keys and enter values with the keypad — no complex training required.
Sanitizer Menu (Chlorine/Bromine Control)
Controls chlorine or bromine dosing using an amperometric sensor. Operators can set control modes, calibrate sensors, adjust setpoints, and set alarms. Also allows manual or scheduled superchlorination to manage chloramine levels.
pH Menu
Manages pH using either acid, CO2 or base dosing. Includes calibration, control settings, alarm limits, and an Acid Wash program to help maintain sensor accuracy over time.
ORP Menu (Oxidation-Reduction Potential)
Controls ORP levels to ensure effective disinfection. Includes control settings, calibration, alarms, and additional options like Shocking and Chemical Saver Mode for improved chemical efficiency.
Saturation Index & Water Balance Monitoring
The controller continuously calculates and displays the Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) using real-time readings of pH, temperature, alkalinity, and calcium hardness. This helps you maintain proper water balance and provides early alerts to conditions that may cause scaling or corrosion, allowing you to make timely adjustments and protect your equipment.
TDS Menu (Total Dissolved Solids)
Automatically activates the dump valve when TDS or conductivity levels rise above the set threshold. This helps control water clarity and chemical balance.
Temperature / Heater Control
Displays current temperature and controls heaters. Operators can run the heater manually or automatically with a programmable 7-day schedule to save energy and maintain comfort.
Pump and Filter Control
Allows manual or timed control of the main circulation pump and backwash cycle. This ensures consistent filtration and protects equipment such as heaters and sensors.
Setup Menu
Enables full system configuration, including initialization and communication settings. Ideal for adapting the controller to suit various facility requirements.
