Dump Water Control
Automatic Dump Water Control for Water Quality Management
CHEMTROL® controllers help maintain water quality by automatically dumping a portion of water when conductivity or TDS levels become too high.
High total dissolved solids (TDS) can affect water clarity, bather comfort, and chemical balance. With built-in conductivity or TDS monitoring, our system continuously tracks dissolved solid levels and activates a dump valve when the preset threshold is reached.
This ensures that excess minerals are flushed out before they impact water quality. The dump cycle can be programmed for duration and frequency, and the controller logs all actions for reporting and compliance purposes.
By automating water replacement, facilities save time, reduce manual intervention, and ensure consistent water quality — especially in commercial pools, spas, and aquatic centres with high bather loads.
Why Dump Water Control is Crucial
🔹 Effective Water Management – Ensures that water dumping or bleeding occurs when necessary, preventing buildup of dissolved solids and maintaining optimal system performance.
🔹 Automated Water Replacement – Triggers water dumping when conductivity exceeds set thresholds, ensuring the system always maintains fresh water.
🔹 Optimised Chemical Dosing – Automatically adjusts chemical dosing for cooling towers, using parameters like time, pH, or flow rate, ensuring water quality is always in check before dumping.
