CHEM-FEED® CFCS-1 Compact Simplex Skid System
The Blue-White CHEM-FEED® CFCS-1 is a ready-built chemical dosing skid for one metering pump. It arrives assembled and pressure tested, with the valves, strainer, relief valve, check valve, flow indicator, calibration cylinder and piping already in place, so on site it only needs mounting, connecting and the pump fitting.
The frame is chemical- and UV-resistant polyethylene with PVC or CPVC piping and unions throughout, and it mounts on the floor or on a wall. A 1″ deep integral tray catches drips and spills. Each component sits between unions and vented ball valves, so it can be isolated and swapped without cutting pipe.
The CFCS-1 is the smaller, lighter version of our CHEM-FEED® plastic skids (CFPS): piping is PVC or CPVC only, a calibration cylinder is standard rather than optional, and there is no chemical flow meter option.
Pumps are sold separately. The skid suits FLEXFLO® peristaltic pumps A1, A2, A3 and A4, or CHEM-FEED® diaphragm pumps CD1, CD3, C2 and C3.
Dual Side Inlets: One Supply for Several Skids
Chemical can enter from either side of the skid. Several CFCS skids can be set side by side and fed from the same chemical supply line, which keeps the pipework in a crowded plant room short and simple.

The CFCS-1 is built to inject treatment chemicals into industrial piping systems where floor and wall space is limited. Every part needed to dose accurately and safely is on one compact frame: isolation valves, a strainer to protect the pump, a relief valve against over-pressure, a check valve against back-flow, a flow indicator to show chemical is moving, and a calibration cylinder to check the pump’s real output under system conditions.
