OXIPANEL™ PLUS IK-765SS Series

Description

The OXIPANEL-PLUS IK-765-BP Series is a pre-mounted, inline multi-parameter analyser with integrated ultrasonic flow control. Designed as a turn-key monitoring solution, it’s ideal for demanding water applications — including cooling water, food processing, industrial process water, raw water, and treated wastewater.

This system delivers highly accurate, repeatable, real-time measurements of multiple oxidising agents, as well as pH, ORP, and temperature, using advanced Pyxis Lab® smart sensor technology.

Each unit pairs with a Pyxis UC-80 colour touchscreen display and data logger, an FS-100 ultrasonic flowmeter with regulating valve, and the unique FR-300-PLUS automated mechanical brush flow assembly. This brush system keeps the sensor electrodes clean even in challenging water conditions where traditional membrane or wet-chemistry analysers often fail.

Flexible Sensor Options

The OXIPANEL-PLUS IK-765-BP is available in four sensor configurations, depending on which oxidiser you need to measure. The panel is built around the proven Pyxis ST-765SS Series smart sensor platform, which can measure:

  • Free Chlorine (FCL)
  • Total Chlorine (TCL)
  • Bromine (Br)
  • Chlorine Dioxide (CLO)

Each sensor also measures pH, ORP, and temperature. The Pyxis design is membrane-free and uses advanced bare-gold electrochemical detection for precise, stable results. It automatically compensates for pH and temperature, ensuring reliable oxidiser readings under changing conditions.

Equipment Highlights

Every OXIPANEL-PLUS panel includes:

  • FR-300-PLUS mechanical brushing flow assembly — keeps electrodes clean for consistent, reliable measurements

  • UC-80 colour touchscreen display and data logging terminal

  • FS-100 ultrasonic flow sensor with motorised valve — precisely controls sample flow based on user-defined setpoints, overcoming the limitations of traditional mechanical flow meters in dirty water

The OXIPANEL-PLUS delivers measurement accuracy that matches DPD wet chemistry methods — up to pH 9.0+ — and meets EPA 334.0 and ISO 7393 standards.

FS-100/101 Series Ultrasonic Flow Meters

The FS-100 series ultrasonic flowmeters are state-of-the-art devices that measure flow using the transit time difference principle. They offer a measurement range of 0–3,000 mL/min with a resolution of 1 mL. In this method, ultrasonic waves travel faster downstream than upstream, and the difference in transit time is directly proportional to the flow rate.

Designed for precise flow measurement, the FS-100 series is available with two types of liquid end materials—suitable for standard water and highly corrosive aqueous solutions. The sensor’s advanced PCB design includes built-in temperature compensation, eliminating temperature effects and providing instantaneous, accumulated, and controlled flow measurements based on user-set setpoints within the sensor.

The FS-100 operates on a 24 VDC, 1 W power supply and features both 4–20 mA and RS-485 Modbus output signals, allowing easy integration with OEM controllers, PLCs, or DCS systems.
